The "recent" award dates to 2008. Another unciteable source has David Bowne Wood born 1945, which concurs (2008-62=1946). But at this point, I was stymied for a usable source. — MaxEnt 07:23, 6 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I just realized that a birth year of 1945 makes him 18 years old when he "registered as a conscientious objector in 1963". — MaxEnt 07:26, 6 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
