Jimmy, this is fantastic work! I'm really impressed. I really understand the Davenport Diagram now. Quick question, in the first paragraph of the metabolic disturbances section, did you mean to say that addition of hydroxide ions INCREASES pH (not lowers, as written)? Wrong ion

It says (figure 1)

  • H2CO3 <---> H+ + HCO3-

but I think it's

  • H2CO3 <---> H+ + HCO3-

In the other graphics appears the concentration of HCO3- and not of HCO3-, wich, I think, it's also wrong. 200.90.228.37 (talk) 02:17, 27 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
