there is merely no information about works done by him and his life. this article needs to be rewritten. He is matematician and known researcher of nonlinear dynamics. also it is told that his decisions during his prime minister period were most research based and science related. He could decrease inflation below any post communist country. the reason Mongolia had very low inflation is his decisions. also his cabinet of ministries consisted of many Ph.D's and researchers known.
He played one of main roles for bringing democracy in 1990's. he is called the father of democracy in Mongolia.
A honorary economist, academician and professor.
