Everything in the article is relevant to the article topic, and there is nothing that distracted me. The information is not out of date; somehow, a few of the sources are from old journal such as reference number 13 and 14, but it should be okay because it is a background information. The article is neutral, and there are not any claims that appear heavily biased toward a particular position nor viewpoints that are overrepresented.
