I'd like to see evidence for the claim that Genoq is French. The building in the game is located in Singapore, as shown by in-game text. It could be run out of France still, I guess. Deco13:19, 13 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Take a look at the briefing in the printed manual. Also, Derrida is not Genoq's CEO, he's just one of their top researchers - as you will find out slogging through the game, the CEO goes somewhat off the deep end.
