Not Power Arch

Just for the record.. I've found no evidence that Cyclops64 is Power Architecture technology. I would be surprised if it is. -- Henriok

I stand corrected. Cyclops' arhitecture is based on Power Architecture.. a small subset of instructions, with enhancements to fit the cellular, multithreaded design.[1] -- Henriok (talk) 19:53, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cell Processor

The Bluegene page states that the Cyclops64 is based on Cellular_architecture (ala Playstation 3), but the Cyclops64 page doesn't seem to state this. BartonM 21:20, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Cell processor and cellular architectures are different (but related). The cell processor is an example (on a small scale) of cellular architectures. Cyclops64 (and, for example, Sun T1 Niagara) are larger scale examples of cellular architectures. Raul654 14:53, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WP:N

In your considered opinion, Raul, does this article meet the WP:N and WP:RS standards? Particularly concerning the lack of citations/references? AvruchTalk 21:45, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
