the structure

I am not sure if the structure is correct, particularly the stereo center at C17, between the D and E rings. Silly shrimp (talk) 02:19, 2 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure that the structure is correct. In fact I know that it is not the standard representation of the structure. For one thing the Oxygen on the very left of the molecule should be an OH. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Tuesdayschild (talkcontribs) 21:31, 26 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]

The program that was used for drawing the structure has a default convention of implicit hydrogens. The O on the left is OH, and the N on the right is NH. --Itub (talk) 12:21, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I can confirm that the structure is indeed correct. The N and O are linked by single bonds which would necessitate the presence of an H in each case.--BigBadBennyBoy (talk) 18:26, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There is a trial that is unpublished and ongoing at this time using cyclopamine in a myeloma patient. Cyclopamine attacks the myeloma stem cell, the root cause of this cancer, and this trial is a curative approach to treating myeloma. APQ research can be reached at apqresearch@aol.com APQ is private and losely associated Medical City hospital in Dallas. Preliminary results can be emailed at anyone's request. The advantage of our trial is that cyclopamine attacks the root of myeloma, which is the cancer stem cell. We hope to expand our trial. Update on the patient cyclopamine trial. This patient's last m marker came back with no value (no number). report stated the m marker para-protein could not be separated from the other proteins. This indicates the m marker is much lower now. Last month it was 0.2, now too small to be measured.
