GA Review

Sorry, but I'm going to have to fail this right off the bat. It just has too few refs to make it a good article. The prose is fine, and it has plenty of detail, but six refs for an article of this size is not acceptable. It doesn't look like you really addressed the previous GA review's concerns. Sorry.
