Tone, other issues

I tagged this article as expressing an unencyclopedic tone. Half of it is written in the present tense, and it contained an inappropriate tangent about how many chapters are in the Book of Acts before I removed that. It should also be renamed from "Centurion Cornelius" to "Cornelius the Centurion". I will be doing that as soon as I finish writing this comment. This article needs some major work. I dunno, after reading it all the way through and adding some more information, I'm beginning to think that the present tense isn't that bad. I untagged it, but I'm still up for some input as to how this article might be improved, especially for such a conspicuous character in hagiography and Christian tradition.
