Assessment

Ok, so this article has been assessed, expanded, reassessed and deassessed. I want to know how much more RD detail there should be for 2.5 miles to be a start-class article? Also, this is borderline, but how is it still a copyvio in the History? There's only so many ways to state information. It was mentioned on IRC that it was all in the same order, well, it should be. Both this article and the source are naturally going to convey a sequence of events chronologically. I guess I'd like some clarification. The terse summary doesn't convey all of the logic here. Well, on the source website of the junction list several of the exits were labeled as "CO RD 211.5" or something like that, but there don't seem to be decimals in the numbering system. Could the website be referring to something else? Also, the website also said one of the junctions is "Fulton Canal". As far as I know, it may be an actual canal or a road, but I don't know which. Normally only other state highway junctions are listed in the lists, unless it's a full freeway, then every exit is listed. Looking at google maps, a few things are apparent. 1) The list is in reverse order from normal, but it appears that CDOT has mileposted it this way. 2) None of it is freeway, so the list is mis-named, and most of the junctions should be removed. 3) Fulton Canal is a waterway, not a roadway.

I made some changes, cleaning up a few things. The kilometer length should be given to the same number of decimal places as the mile length. The abbreviation should be in parentheses after the first usage in the lead. All measurements need their conversions, and in this case, the adj=on attribute of the {{convert}} template should be used since the length is part of an adjective. Colorado is a Highway, not a Route state. I piped the link from U.S. Route 85 in Colorado to read U.S. Highway 85, and corrected the abbreviations for SH 2. I trimmed and renamed the last section as I mentioned above, adding in the reference for the mileposts.
