For anyone wanting to improve this article by adding content, this 2003 article on the thermodynamics of Co2O3 powder has plenty of useful general information on the properties and uses of this compound.
Greenwood & Earnshaw has little information on cobalt(III) oxide: "...have led to claims for the existence of Co2O3, but it is doubtful if these claims are valid." I assume this is simply a case of G&E being out of date.

- I could not find any entries for Co2O3 in crystallographic databases. On the other hand, CoO, Co3O4 and CoO2 are all there.
"Most commonly used in bleach"
The phrase "most commonly used in bleach" was at the end of the lead sentence. I suppose that it is vandalism or confusion with some other chemical. Romoved.--Jorge Stolfi (talk) 17:52, 11 January 2018 (UTC)
