What about the Deputy Team Principal for the Williams Formula 1 team?
There is another notable Claire Williams: the daughter of Sir Frank Williams, who is now the Deputy Team Principal for the Williams Formula One team. Someone should create a page for her, and perhaps a disambiguation page. Alas, I don't have the time to do it. Here's a link to a recent news story about the Claire Williams in Formula 1.
