Chargé d'affaires in Germany
Until August 2016 in the article was mentioned the funcition as Chargé d'affaires in Germany
- From August 7, 2009 to 2012 he was Chargé d'affaires in Berlin.[1]
- I can't rule out this function nor y want to hide it but I estimate it is not likely.

- I have learned for a New Zealand career diplomat it isn't unusual to be assigned as Chargé d'affaires after an appointment as ambassador.2003:86:2E10:DE00:C4B9:1B2A:1CA1:B9AD (talk) 08:35, 1 August 2016 (UTC)
