Cleanup tag

The entire article reads as if it's a self-description of the organization and is virtually unsourced. The last paragraph is even written in the first person. I was preparing to nominate it for deletion when I found an article that discussed IPEA in ABC News [1] and another one in china.org [2], so I decided to try a clean up tag first. I'm not at all experienced in AfD, but it looks to me like the article needs to be reduced to information that can be found in reliable sources and completely rewritten from a neutral point of view.--Wikimedes (talk) 08:21, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted those last two sentences but that's clearly not enough, and your comments are 18 months old. Seems for topics that are not so popular the wiki principles don't work well enough. Galant Khan (talk) 16:19, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
