NPOV in Legacy section

Just after the indented quote in the Legacy section, in the paragraph beginning with "While Chinese historians may quibble...", I have identified two interrelated issues relating to Wikipedia's neutral point of view (NPOV) policies.

The two statements in question are "...it appears to be quite correct" and "he should not be viewed as a hero". These statements are clearly matters of opinion, but they are presented in this section as if they are empirical facts. If these statements are to remain in some form, the positions must be attributed to a relevant source or sources (this paragraph contains no citations at all, as has been flagged by myself and by another previous editor).
