Why is it written in german (the photo) ?!?!
- My guess is because most of the info on the subject is locked up behind academic journals and proprietary industrial sources.
"Silicon nitrate" should probably be silicon nitride (Si3N4), but I'd need to do a bit more research to confirm. I don't think SiNO3 exists. Nmesisgeek (talk) 14:11, 1 August 2011 (UTC)
