Young Plan

I have made a small edit to remove the reference to The Young Plan. The article read, in reference to the Dawes Plan; "though this was eventually replaced" in 1929. This introduces a note of the pejorative into the Dawes Plank, which had met with considerable success and helped drive the 'Golden Era' of the Weimar period. The Young Plan came after the Wall Street crash, although the Dawes Plan had in theory been temporary, and lasted only a year or so. I feel the the young plan extends beyond what I would expect to find in the Dawes biography (i.e. it is referred to, correctly, in the Dawes Plan article).
