Status of company - sources needed for recent changes
I have reverted the recent unsourced good-faith edit, and added what should be uncontroversially known about the site's inactive status. Please provide published reliable sources when adding new details about this development. Wikipedia is not a news site, but can only report facts that have already been reliably published elsewhere.
