GNIS county listing

The GNIS lists Westmoreland County as part of the course of Carnahan Run. This seems incorrect since the mouth only approaches that county. Is it an error? I omitted the information until it can be clarified. All is One (talk) 17:09, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
