Why so little on pre American Iraq?

August 2004 or May 2005?

I'm getting confused! Amnesty International USA claims that Iraq's death penalty was reinstated in August 2004, but sources say it was reinstated in May 2005! Which date of the death penalty reinstation in Iraq is correct? --Angeldeb82 (talk) 23:38, 2 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
