Hi I cheked the Red list and the SA Red list and cannot find it as endangered or even listed. Smith's Dwarf chameleon is listed, but it is the only one. I personally think that it is endangered, but until there is some evidence to say so, we cannot categorically state it as so. Andrew massyn (talk) 18:31, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
A Chameleon Bite/Pinch
I've been bitten by a Cape Dwarf, and it is a very hard pinch, and not a mild one. Wilst it didn't leave a bruise or mark, I imagine it would definitely make a child cry.
