Copied-and-pasted
Most of this article is copied and pasted from this webpage: http://www.campreynolds.com/history_page.htm
And it reads like it was, too. Bland military reporting that is very careful to avoid casting too much blame for the "race riot" (aka, the massacre of Black troops by white troops). A voice that "identifies" with the Department of War. A total lack of deep description.
This is rather shameful, both from an editorial standpoint (it is not NPOV), a copyright standpoint (the page pasted does not seem to be in the public domain, and claims a copyright), and a moral standpoint (it does injustice to the historical truth here). --NuclearSecrets (talk) 15:04, 29 May 2021 (UTC)
