Consider the fact that almost every band mentioned in the article is important enough to have their own Wikipedia pages.

Why wasn't this record label's page deleted, for example? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topshelf_Records Their page follows the exact same format and that label works with many of the same bands.

Could you also please give me an example of an article that "clearly say(s) why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia"? Why in God's name would an encyclopedia article reference its own importance?

Your objection is completely asinine. In fact, I would say it completely goes against the ideals of a free encyclopedia that anyone can contribute to. Your editing history shows no interaction with music pages, so I doubt your authority when it comes to determining the supposed "importance" of an established record label releasing records by bands that are critical successes.
