Hi @Wikishovel, I noticed that the re-direct was reverted. I believe both could be a part of same festival. Did a proper search and still can't find any sources about this "10 day festival" happening in Brahmaputra River other than Brahmaputra Beach Festival. Can you cross check this as well? - Hi, I haven't found anything yet apart from the two sources cited, one of which is a Guwahati news site, but both of which specifically mention Dibrugarh as the location. So they could be connected, although this festival is in December, and Brahmaputra Beach Festival is in January. I'm not Indian, and know very little about Assam.
