Talk:Boujeloud

This page should also be about the Boujeloud of the Master Musicians of Jajouka, led by Bachir Attar, as user Frankrynne seems to think that only the Sub Rosa release of his album is the only reason why people would be searching for Boujeloud, sometimes spelled Bou Jeloud. Boujeloud is a generic term, as part of the Master Musicians of Jajouka's performances, every bit as much as one single album by this user who produced an album. Thus Boujeloud should be referring to both this album and also the meaning of Boujeloud, as referring to the Master Musicians of Jajouka led by Bachir Attar, which uses it in their regular performances.User:BKLisenbee

Not trance music

While this kind of music is meant to induce a trance state, it is definitely not "trance" the electronic dance music genre, which this page linked to twice. I have removed both links. In the information bar, I changed the wording and link to Sufi music and at the beginning of the article, I simply changed the wording to "Sufi musicians." Since "Sufi trance music" is not an actual genre, the article Sufi music is likely the closest relevant information, plus using the word "trance" at all is arguably redundant.--Tonsil Crypt Ossuary (talk) 22:16, 24 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
