Slovakia

The Helmet law for adults outside populated areas was repealed. The changes go in effect in Dec, 1st 2019. The rules for under 15 year olds remains the same.(Mandatory, but no financial fines apply)

Situation in Germany

Finland should change color

Finland road code has got a recommendation (should), not a mandate (must), as translating the cited article: http://www.finlex.fi/fi/laki/ajantasa/1981/19810267#L6P90 "Use of a cycling helmet. The Netherlands

In all varieties of English that I am aware of it seems to be usual to write about "the Netherlands" rather than just "Netherlands".

This is because of the noun's etymology.

India and Portugal alterations

1. An uncited, unverifiable claim made by an IP address user regarding India, standing for some months, was removed.

2. The statement:

was removed because at citation 1, as given above, the regulation number 5 under the section 23, was marked "revoked".
