I came across this article after working on the Julie Cart article. The two of them won a Pulitzer Prize together. I added content to this article that I used in the Cart article.
I have looked at some of the writing and am finding that much is written very much like the sources and another that I just found.
I don't mean to step on any toes, but I intend to check the writing against the references and rewrite anything I find that may be in violation. I'm also going to add more content.
