Date of the Post Office opening

Just looking at the website link regarding the post offices. My reading of it is the Upper Beaconsfield Post Office was opened in 1878 but that one in what is now called Beaconsfield wasn't opened until 1883 (which would make sense as the railway station wasn't built until 1881).
