Statement of the theorem. This was modified from ${\binom {k}{r}}{\frac {r}{k}}$ to

${\binom {k}{r}}{\frac {r}{k}}={\binom {k-1}{r-1}}$ , since the two expressions are equal, and reference 2 uses the second one.
