Market Capitalisation

I have updated the market capitalisation for top 5 banks in Australia based on their close price for 10th October 2008, looks like the values stated were very old considering some have dropped by ~50%, references have been provided because these figures would change every day shares are traded. Competitors?

"Competitors to the 'big four' banks are Bendigo Bank, Suncorp-Metway, Bankwest, and the Bank of Queensland." How can Bankwest be a competitor when it's wholly owned by the Commonwealth Bank? Mollwollfumble (talk) 12:10, 14 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
