It takes very few wild oat plants to cause a significant reduction in the yield of a wheat or cultivated oat field, even though the seeds are a type of oat.
"Very few"? "Significant reduction"? I would like to see some figures to back those claims. How bad is the yield of this 'wild oat', actually? 85.217.14.230 (talk) 08:45, 28 May 2013 (UTC)
