Australian Communist Party
Actually, it was the Communist Party of Australia, but weirdly enough the Communist Party Dissolution Bill did name it the Australian Communist Party (possibly creating a legal issue), and the case is officially named the "Australian Communist Party v Commonwealth". I'd like to know why the mistake happened. It's also made in ASIO files.--Jack Upland (talk) 19:00, 21 October 2014 (UTC)
