Lead

Mention Frida Kahlo and Violeta Parra as examples.

F&C

"Several crossover works published as the League of Anti-Princesses follow characters from previous Anti-Princess books using a time travel potion to join forces and, for instance, fight together in historical battles" → "Several crossover works have been published; the League of Anti-Princesses follow characters from previous Anti-Princess books using a time travel potion to explore history together."

Writing

"an Argentine writer for the magazine Sudestada" - Unnescary, per her own article.

  • I'd mentioned Sudestada here because it becomes relevant in the Publication section as a copublisher of the first three books, but I'll transfer that mention down there instead.  Done. —Collint c 22:29, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"Fink took an assignment at Sudestada that allowed her to spend time researching Mexican artist Frida Kahlo and Chilean singer-songwriter Violeta Parra, who would respectively become the subjects of the series's first and second volumes" → "Following a period of research, Fink begun the first two volumes, that concerned Frida Kahlo and Violeta Parra, respectively".

Ok.

"She said that she desired to" → "She desired to"

Reception

"Rosangela Fernandes Eleutério, a researcher in Brazil, said that the Anti-Hero Series covering men who were sensitive and sweet served to productively undermine traditional stereotypes of masculine emotionlessness.[5]" - This seems more fitting for "Writing".

Source Review & Spotchecks

All the sources are reliable, per GA criteria.

"The books respond to common tropes in princess stories/fairytales; for instance, the Violeta Parra edition explains that when Parra lacked the fashionable clothes required to perform, no fairy godmother appeared to come to her aid, and instead, her mother sewed her a skirt from a curtain." – I can't seem to find this supported by the citation.

See the third and fourth paragraphs in the article's "Anti-Disney, anti-Barbie" section (ref 4, Smink 2015). —Collint c 22:46, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, thank you. DMT biscuit (talk) 22:58, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Note

@Bobamnertiopsis: That should be all my comments - resolve the outstanding qualms and the article will pass. DMT biscuit (talk) 17:05, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks DMT biscuit, I appreciate the review! I've never had a GA nom be the oldest outstanding unreviewed one before so thanks for having the courage to take it up. I'll work on these shortly. Kindly —Collint c 18:04, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
