I think the original Spanish lyrics of the song were written by Luis Roldan. This is how it is credited on the album "New Rhythms of the South" by Edmundo Ros and His Orchestra, for example. Gpswaney (talk) 01:40, 18 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
