Conservation Project or Commercial Venture?

As yet no information on commercial activities. Further info would be welcome as well as discussion on the following question: would the "wilderness reserve" more correctly be viewed as a commercial venture rather than a conservation project? Current statement in first paragraph of page: "Alladale Wilderness Reserve is currently the United Kingdom's largest wilderness engineering and rewilding area."
