WP:NPOV This needs to be toned down a bit for Wikipedia. The article should stay, though; definitely notable. --John Nagle 19:01, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I know, I was just about to ask for something like that. dreddnott 19:05, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I toned it down a little. There's not much known yet, really; this is an unknown guy being appointed to a new position. Not even much press coverage yet. --John Nagle 19:17, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Aw shucks. At least the mouthpiece of the Antichrist is leaving the administration... dreddnott 19:30, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Updateless

This page really hasn't had any information added in a while; hasn't this guy done anything press-worthy since April?? 71.116.217.242 22:06, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oops, the above was me, and so were the two edits to the article afterwards... dreddnott 22:11, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Added redirects from Alexander Joel and Alexander W. Joel - the latter seems to be the 'official' one but Alex Joel was used in the WSJ article. dreddnott 22:15, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

He doesn't seem to have any articles that Google News can find. Given his job, he ought to be at the center of the AT&T/NSA phone tapping legality controversy, but he isn't. --John Nagle 22:48, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
