Regiment Colors
The picture of the regimental colors is not an official US Army regimental color. Cavalry TROOPS (Companies) use a divided red and white guidon to identify the troop. Squadron and Regimental colors have a yellow field. This graphic is likely a commercial reproduction for souvenir purposes.Dmanrock29 (talk) 01:57, 8 May 2015 (UTC)
Although you are correct that these colors are in violation of AR 840-10 and TIOH guidelines, these regimental colors are the actual colors that were in use by the squadron during the years 2008-2011, and may still currently be in use. I believe that LTC Fellinger was the main proponent of these colors, and it was not without controversy from senior NCOs. Plexust (talk) 22:16, 13 July 2015 (UTC)
