Merger

This page was begun using material from the 822d Tactical Missile Squadron. It had been a redirect (to 487th Air Expeditionary Wing), apparently by an editor who did not realize that the 822d had been redesignated as the 302d. Because of the redirect, it was not possible to simply move the 822d article. In fact, the 822d article was so error-filled, little of its content remains on this page. Although technically a merger, this action is basically only a conversion of the 822d article into a redirect. --Lineagegeek (talk) 23:12, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
