A question
In May, 2022, the People's Republic of China opposed the entry of Wikimedia branches in six countries into WIPO. I think the actions of the People's Republic of China are related to those of the Foundation. Please give your opinion.

Incomprehensible sentence

In September 2020 China blocked the Wikimedia Foundation from observer status at WIPO citing the existence of a Wikimedia affiliate in Taiwan.
