Do we need to identify the captains?

I don't know if I'm doing this right, I'm sorry I'm new to Wikipedia. Please check the other groups and you'll notice that they don't list the captains. Check other years and you'll see that they don't list the captains either. It looks odd for this to be the only instance where they are listed. Walter Görlitz (talk) 19:13, 27 May 2013 (UTC)

I'm sorry, it just that most modern FIFA world cup groupings such as 2002 FIFA World Cup Group B or 2006 FIFA World Cup Group D etc. have the captains indicated. Always list the captains. Why wouldn't we? Makes perfect sense to me, especially since we do it all over the encyclopaedia where the info is available. – PeeJay 19:30, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
