"Blue Suede Shoes" enters Rhythm and Blues chart.

March 10 1956: Carl Perkins' record "Blue Suede Shoes" becomes the first record to appear on Billboard Country charts and Rhythm and Blues charts. This item was transferred from "1955 in Music".
