Neal Cassady and President Eisenhower
Al Hinkle told us my dad (who was a brakeman on the Souther Pacific for ten years) was picked by his collegues to be on the train that took the President to Watsonville, CA in the 1950's and Neal even got to speak to him as the President went back to the caboose to meet the train employees.
Does anyone have pictures of this event? or.....?
Thank you.
