Perry Barr Stadium
This article says that Aston Villa played at Perry Barr Stadium in 1888, but the stadium's article says it did not open until the 1920s. Presumably Villa actually played at a different stadium in the Perry Barr area, not the one we have an article on......? -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 15:27, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
- Done PK: Seeing as Perry Barr Stadium is a listed by Wikipedia as a Greyhound track, I did some digging and found that in History of Aston Villa F.C. (1874-1961) it mentions they played in Perry Barr at the Wellington Road (Perry Barr) stadium. Aston Villa then moved to Villa Park in 1896/97. I've updated the reference.
