Saidabad (Persian: سعيداباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Saidabad Rural District of the Central District of Savojbolagh County, Alborz province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,175 in 537 households, when it was in Tehran province.[5] The latest census in 2016 counted 2,556 people in 731 households,[2] by which time the county had separated from the province and become a part of recently established Alborz province.[6]
