Ruellia brevicaulis is a species of flowering plant native to Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.[1] It is native to the Cerrado vegetation of Brazil.
Plants of the World Online considers the species unplaced, under the name Dipteracanthus brevicaulis.[1]
