Rhodine Sikumba is a Zambian politician.[1] He is the current Minister of Tourism of Zambia and a member of parliament for Livingstone Constituency.[2][3] He is the member of United Party for National Development (UPND).[1] He was born on 29 March 1980 in Zambia.[1] He holds bachelor's in Arts, Grade 12 Certificate and Masters of Business Administration.[1]
