Ranchi Institute of Neuropsychiatry and Allied Sciences (RINPAS) is an unaided government run medical college in Ranchi, Jharkhand.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] It is one of the oldest tertiary care centers in Eastern India.[9]
