Medyn (Ukrainian: Медин) is a village in Skoryky rural hromada, Ternopil Raion, Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine.[1]

History

The first written mention of the village was in 1463.[2]

After the liquidation of the Pidvolochysk Raion on 19 July 2020, the village became part of the Ternopil Raion.[3]

Religion

  • Church of the Intercession (1862, wooden, OCU),[2]
  • UGCC chapel (1998),[2]
  • remains of a Roman Catholic church (1867).[2]
