Kleczanów [klɛˈt͡ʂanuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Obrazów, within Sandomierz County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Obrazów, 14 km (9 mi) west of Sandomierz, and 70 km (43 mi) east of the regional capital Kielce.[1]

History

Nearby Kleczanów Forest features ancient burial grounds from the 8th–10th century.[2]

During World War II, Germans executed several dozens of Polish partisans in the vicinity of the village.[3]
