Irish Medicines Formulary (IMF)[1][2] is a medicines reference for doctors, nurses, pharmacists and dentists,[3] providing medicines information which is medico-legally relevant in Ireland. It is published in online and print formats, and lists original brands, branded generics and pure generic prescription medicines.[4]

Together with pricing and prescribing information,[5][6] IMF also includes Irish-specific administrative information, drug interaction and dosing details.[7]

The book is published bi-annually, and is released in paperback by Meridian Ireland,[8] and is also available online as IMF-Online.[1]

Edition 33 of the publication (IMF 33) was published in September 2023.[1]
